Terms of Service:

By booking a session, you agree to all of the following:

1. Booking and Retainer All photography sessions require a non-refundable retainer fee to secure your booking. This retainer covers the photographer's time, planning, and reservation of the session date. The retainer is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or rescheduling by the client.

2. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Payment plans can be provided to accommodate everyone's financial circumstances. Pricing is consistent for all clients to ensure fairness and transparency.

3. Session Policies Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled session. If the client is late, the session time may be reduced accordingly without any refund or adjustment in fees.

4. Image Review and Ordering Session After the photography session, clients will attend a Zoom order session to review and select their images, purchase products, and finalize their order. This session is mandatory and must be attended at the scheduled time.

5. Rescheduling the Zoom Order Session If a client needs to reschedule the Zoom order session, a $250 rescheduling fee will apply. This fee ensures accountability and maintains a streamlined workflow for both parties.

6. Image Retention Policy Images from the session will be held for 1 week following the Zoom order session. After this period, the images will be automatically deleted by the system.

  • Clients may request an extension of the image hold period for an additional week by paying a $250 extension fee. This ensures that images remain available for ordering and review.

7. Accountability and Workflow Commitment Our goal is to maintain an efficient, streamlined system that allows clients to receive their images as quickly as possible while holding all parties accountable. Adherence to deadlines and scheduled sessions is essential to this process.

8. Product Delivery Final images and products will be delivered only after full payment has been received. Digital images, prints, and other products are non-refundable once delivered.

9. Copyright and Usage All images remain the property of the photographer. Clients are granted limited usage rights for personal use only. Commercial usage, reproduction, or distribution of the images without prior written consent from the photographer is strictly prohibited.

10. Liability The photographer is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, including equipment failure, natural disasters, illness, or any external factors beyond their control. In such cases, every effort will be made to reschedule the session or provide an alternative solution.

The photographer's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the session. Under no circumstances shall the photographer be liable for consequential damages, emotional distress, or other related claims arising from the session.

11. Model Release By participating in a photography session, the client grants the photographer permission to use images from the session for portfolio, marketing, advertising, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

12. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of any minors present during the session. The photographer will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the session.

13. Agreement Acceptance By booking a session, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both the client and the photographer.
